Ambassador Specialist (REMOTE) - Remote

We’re Looking For A: Ambassador Specialist to support and scale Ambassador partnerships across all Golden Hippo brands, most actively focusing on  Health and Wellness Brands. Key goals will be driving revenue through activating, engaging, and  incentivizing Ambassadors as they join the program, as well as supporting broader efforts through  content generation, testimonials, and opportunities for expansion.

Location: Remote (office in Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implement effective marketing strategies to acquire ambassadors and grow the program as a  channel of revenue and customer retention- including but not limited to email campaigns,  SMS, and Facebook groups 
  • Strategically research, onboard, and activate new ambassadors in the health and wellness  space 
  • Maintain strong communication with ambassadors to give program support, offer creative  feedback, coordinate gifting, manage deadlines, and collect campaign assets 
  • Support campaigns that drive content generation, often in the form of customer testimonials  and reviews. Manage the collection of creatives and work cross-functionally with internal  teams to utilize content in brand
  • marketing initiatives 
  • Foster online ambassador community through giveaways, group engagement, ambassador  content features, virtual events, support, and group moderation 
  • Track data and key program metrics including current ambassador marketing campaign  results, revenue, and commission 
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to implement new program growth initiatives

 Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Strong understanding of the social and community landscape is required for this role Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of professionalism when working with outside partners 
  • Experience managing outside brand partners, influencers, or media partnerships - Excellent creative skills - familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva & Photoshop,  and email tools such as Mailchimp 
  • Familiarity with an Ambassador management program
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2 years of relevant community or Ambassador management experience (required)

The base salary range is $62,700.00 - $83,600.00, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
