To achieve this mission, we are building an alliance ecosystem that consists of health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and select health service providers to grow our business and drive even more impact.
As a critical part of our Payer Access team, we are looking for a professional who will support a high-growth program for one of our most strategic PBM partnerships. The Alliance Delivery Specialist will be responsible for establishing and supporting processes to ensure deliverables, resources, meetings, and risks/issues are managed efficiently. They will deliver results by coordinating program optimization efforts, monitoring iterative changes to enhance program quality, and assisting efforts to achieve target program goals. The Alliance Delivery Specialist will join and support a high-performing team, and will work cross-functionally with partners from across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a background in project and/or program management, the healthcare industry, and has a passion for scaling operations.
About you:
- 5+ years supporting complex healthcare programs and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management expertise with experience coordinating program resources, meetings, documentation, and timelines
- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Ability to identify potential risks or issues and develop proactive solutions
- Capacity to both execute tasks and connect the dots to the complex bigger picture
- Passion for changing US healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Your impact:
- Establish and support program management tools to ensure deliverables, resources, and risks/issues are managed efficiently
- Document, support, and iterate processes required to meet program goals
- Coordinate internal and external meetings by creating agendas, taking and sending notes, and tracking action items with appropriate owners
- Support the Alliance Delivery Lead and Strategic Alliance Manager with critical tasks
- Contribute to regular program status updates to assess progress against goals
- Own select workstreams and projects end-to-end, from conception to execution
- Serve as core member of account team, providing external partners with a delightful experience collaborating with Omada

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $92,000 - $115,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $88,000- $110,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
