Job Description

Aircraft Technician with a minimum of five years experience, turbine powered helicopter and airplane is beneficial but not mandatory. FAA Certified Airframe and Powerplant License required.

FAA Airframe and Powerplant license with no violations, actively performing the job of an Airframe and Powerplant Technician in the last five years with Safety Management System knowledge.   

Launch and recovery fleet aircraft, daily inspections , aircraft fueling both center point and overwing, fuel farm operations and daily inspections, hourly and calendar inspection, unscheduled maintenance, system troubleshooting, part requisitions, flight technician for international travel, night shift and weekends, ground support equipment knowledge.

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency, 

Min Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years exp in Aviation

  • Must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant License with no Violations also known as A&P License

  • Exp with Safety Management Systems

  • Additional Aircraft and engine specific training: Flight Safety, Honeywell, Rolls Royce a plus

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$95,600 - $150,500
