Salary/Position Classification
- $13.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phones and effectively answer questions for students and instructors in a timely manner
- Provide aviation students with a high level of customer service
- Assist supervisor with report generating and preparation
- Assist with the preparation of flight training materials
- Assist full-time staff as requested to ensure prompt services to the students
- Schedule, dispatch and process flights
- File flight training documents
- Ensure that all documents are filed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Hours & Schedule:
- Must be available between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Variable shifts with evening and weekend work
- 3-4 hours per shift
- Minimum of 3 hours per shift

Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office products
- Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
- Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
