Air Reservist
Remote w/Deployment to Client Sites, US
Position Summary:
IEM is looking for Part Time- Air Reservists. Are you ready to be part of the frontline response in times of disaster, unphased by challenging conditions for extended periods? The IEM Air Reserves might just be the opportunity for you.
We seek individuals with backgrounds in the U.S. military or current National Guardsmen/Reservists familiar with military airlift, operations, and logistics. Our team thrives on executing missions successfully and understanding the critical nature of our work with no room for error.
Our deployments span various locations, from airports within the U.S. and overseas to emergency operations centers, warehouses, logistics hubs, and seaports. The versatility of our team is unmatched, adapting to diverse scenarios with ease. Join us in making a difference where it matters most!
Primary Location:
- Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States
- Like other cadre members of this type, your employment is dependent on the needs of our clients; once a need arises, we then activate this team for full-time employment until the client needs are met, and once deactivated this role will revert to Part Time status with little to no hours.

This can involve prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, lack of basic amenities like electricity, heat, or air conditioning, and potential risks such as poor air quality, standing water, mosquitos, snakes, debris, and other hazards. Our commitment to our team's safety remains unwavering, regardless of the environment they find themselves in.
