Description
Group O is looking for an innovative and experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, architect scalable AI models, and integrate them seamlessly into our existing infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technologies to drive projects from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about harnessing the power of AI to deliver impactful business outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Promotes the adoption of AI tools across the organization and mentors technical teams in their use.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, highlight benefits, and gain buy-in for implementing AI solutions.
- Work with the sales team to demonstrate AI solution capabilities and how they can meet client needs.
- Works closely with our product teams to prototype and implement new AI capabilities to meet client needs, automate repetitive tasks, improve quality, and enhance productivity in our processes and solutions.
- Acts as the AI subject matter expert, assisting in AI use, licensing, documentation, and connecting users to AI training resources.
- Monitors and improves AI use across technology solutions, including evaluating the effectiveness and return on investment.
- Stays up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and continuously seek opportunities to incorporate new tools and techniques.
Job Qualifications
Education/Certifications:- Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years’ experience working with technical solutions, or deep domain-knowledge of a business area and associated technical solutions.
- Proven experience with the following:
- Software Development
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proven ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders to gain understanding and support for the value of implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to "think outside the box" to develop innovative solutions and ways of working.
- Proven experience leading project to implement AI-driven solutions using tools such as Copilot.
