Job Purpose and Overview

We are looking for a proactive AI Engineer to join Dawn Foods as our first in-house AI resource. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI within the bakery food distribution sector. You will focus on applying artificial intelligence to optimize business processes, starting with enhancing inventory visibility to improve customer service and minimize waste.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, innovative, and adept at bridging the gap between technical possibilities and business needs.

Work Environment & Travel: This is a remote role with up to 10% travel.

What will you do as an AI Engineer at Dawn Foods?

Engineer end-to-end AI solutions to address business challenges, focusing on data-driven decision-making and automation.
Partner with business teams to analyze requirements and provide actionable AI insights.
Build and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient AI models for inventory, supply chain, and operational optimizations.
Use AI to enhance data visibility, predict trends, and support real-time decision-making across the organization.
Develop tools and dashboards using the MERN stack to empower business users with next-gen analytics.
Contribute to a culture of innovation and digital transformation at Dawn Foods.
