Subject Matter Expertise: The Director Analyst will apply their in-depth knowledge of custom software development including the use of, or integration with, generative-AI technical capabilities and technologies to client engagements and for research development. There will be a focus on providing best practices and advice on technical planning, implementation, and operational processes related to custom software development and delivery.

The Director Analyst will support scope in custom software development including the use of generative-AI or implementation of AI-integrated software including, but not limited to:

• Agile software engineering practices & productivity
• Software engineering automation
• Gen AI coding assistants
• Implementing Gen AI-backed custom software solutions
