What You'll Be Doing
As the Agile Coach, you will guide our teams and organisation in adopting Agile practices and enhancing performance. Your role will involve working with the team to adapt agile methodology to our business, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to help deliver high-quality products. The position is varied and needs someone willing to really roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to ensure success. This is a new role to our business and as such we need someone with proven credentials and excellent communication skills, who can win hearts and minds quickly, and help us to effect real change!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish Agile processes that align with organizational goals and strategies
- Coach and mentor teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
- Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Work with teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth progress toward objectives.
- Support the transformation of the organization by promoting Agile values and principles at all levels.
