Job Description

An Agency Marketing Sr Consultant II promotes profitable market share growth by supporting agency engagement in national, local and agency level marketing programs. The Agency Marketing Sr Consultant II is responsible for consulting with agency owners through a consistent, countrywide consultation model to drive agency engagement and investment in local marketing programs to support achievement of performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively apply segmentation and targeting, utilize quantitative and qualitative measurement analysis to optimize efficiency and drive desire results

• Advanced professional to incorporate functional expertise in marketing strategy to consult with agency owners and/or Field Sales Leadership to advise & influence development of local marketing plans to generate profitable market share growth

• Agency Channel Marketing – Consultations

• Contribute to the development and implementation of execution plans for national and local marketing programs to achieve agency engagement benchmarks

• Marketing Program Implementation – “Go to Market”

• Contribute to adoption and utilization of provided CRM system to support consultation measurement

• Actively participate in continuous improvement and agile strategies to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions / systems to support strategic business unit objectives

• Continuous personal development and skill building

• Communication and delivery of education content supporting the achievement of desired results and improves marketing program performance

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 123,800.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
