About the Team & Role:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed worldwide, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real-time. Our Ad Operations team is essential to enabling flawless ad campaign executions, ensuring an optimized experience for both our users and brand partners. This team lends their technical and operational know how to help better support and inform our sales and planning teams, our clients, and our product teams, ensuring we continue to offer best-in-class platform capabilities for brands of all sizes. We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist who can jump in and cover a wide range of technical responsibilities, from coordinating cross-functionally to trafficking campaigns and quarterbacking the campaign reservation process. You should be proactive and a technical problem solver, interested in working collaboratively to support our evolving ad platform. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 4 days in the office each week and 1 day working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our Los Angeles, CA office.

Responsibilities:
- Own the set-up process, campaign management, and reporting for reservation and auction managed service campaigns.
