Job Description and Requirements

Your role in action: 

  • Develop and implement model-based applications following architectural and design guidelines 

  • Contribute to product improvements by participating in schema, framework, and platform enhancement discussions 

  • Collaborate with the team to implement technical designs, incorporating best practices in coding and development 

  • Support department-wide initiatives by aligning implementation efforts with Engineering-wide policies and direction 

  • Maintain a list of technical improvements to enhance solution quality and maintainability 

  • Promote a collaborative team environment by adopting and encouraging best practices in development processes 

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices related to CI/CD tooling and developer productivity 

Your Experience and skills: 

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development 

  • 1+ year of professional experience delivering successful SaaS products 

  • Public trust clearance

  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity 

  • Proficiency in multiple programming language, such as Java, Python, or C# 

  • Eager to learn and grow across multiple levels of the stack – from technical implementation details to high-level architecture and workflows 

  • Strong attention to software quality and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences 

  • Basic knowledge of at least one DevOps platform, such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitHub Action, New Relic, or Jenkins, with a willingness to expand expertise in this area 

  • Experience with collaborative development practices, including code reviews, version control, and CI/CD pipelines 

We’d particularly love it if you have: 

  • Experience building AI-powered products that use Natural Language Processing, GenAI, etc.  

  • Experience translating specifications into implementation plans and estimating work effort 

  • Knowledge of Linux 

  • Knowledge of NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch  

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based systems 

  • Experienced with Agile methodology 

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$103,000 and $155,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
