JOB SUMMARY:

The Adoption Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic and executional leader within our Fiserv Consulting division. This role focuses on driving consumer and small business usage and adoption of Fiserv’s digital banking solutions—spanning Digital Payments, Digital Financial Services, and Card Services. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy with hands-on execution and excels at both client engagement and internal collaboration.

This position requires strong B2B and B2C/SMB marketing experience, digital campaign development, analytical reporting, and content creation. You will lead marketing programs, support enablement tools, and partner closely with internal teams and financial institution clients to promote adoption and engagement.

Location:

Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Georgia, or Ohio. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas, Colorado, Georgia, or Ohio, this position will be fully remote.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead development and execution of multi-channel B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across Fiserv’s financial institution clients.
  • Support consumer and banker education by creating strategic, measurable toolkits, email programs, webinars, and client-facing resources.
  • Serve as a client-facing marketing consultant, guiding FI partners through adoption strategies and presenting campaign performance and insights.
  • Manage campaign planning, deployment, and measurement using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eCRM, and Impact Marketing Portal.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Adoption Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, as well as external vendors and partners.
  • Track campaign performance, create reports, and align insights with KPIs, ROI, and business growth metrics.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects using agile tools such as Jira and WorkFront.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of client engagement efforts, including newsletters, webinar series, and email campaigns.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • 6+ years in marketing, account management, or consulting, ideally with financial services or fintech clients.
  • Experience in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills across email, social, video, and web channels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, On24, WebEx, HighSpot, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate marketing metrics into actionable business insights.
  • Expertise in project management and multi-tasking across several active initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both live and virtual).
  • Strong independent work ethic with a collaborative team approach.



The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $70,000 to $90,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
