Administrator - Reservations

Working with the Hotels Centralised Operational Support Team, you’ll be surrounded by a team of passionate and dedicated hospitality Partners to give our guests the best experience whether they are at the hotels for the day or a longer stay. What is different about our guests though, is that they are Partners, their friends and family. As co-owners in the business, you’ll see this difference in the way your teammates and you approach your job and carry out your responsibilities.
As an Administrator, you’ll be part of the essential operational support team for the Partnership hotels offering high quality service through efficient and accurate administration of financial functions, reservations, ordering, recruitment & membership. The main focus of this role will be the centralised reservations for all Hotel sites.

● Salary range - £24,400 - £28,400
● Contract type - This is a permanent role
15 hours per week on a 3 week rota
2 weeks Monday and Friday 7.5 hours per day
1 week Friday and Saturday 7.5 hours per day
Earliest start time 7am and latest finish time 6 pm
This role is not fully remote.
● Working pattern- 15 hours per week.
● Location - This role is based at The Odney Club, Cookham, Berkshire - with blended working midweek once fully trained
Key responsibilities
● Other admin responsibilities relating to the general hotel administration, membership and supporting New starter Inductions. Occasional Financial processing.
● The role will require collaboration with other areas of the hotels, allowing you a chance to communicate and work with other Partners and develop your skills.
● The role will offer you opportunities to display your talent, people management skills and knowledge of working as part of a successful team.
● Flexibility is required to attend in person training based at Odney
Essential skills/experience you’ll need
Hospitality is an ever changing environment with a real focus on great customer service and providing an experience for our guests. This is achieved through each Partner being motivated, creative and great teamwork.
● Self-motivated/ Industrious
● Proficient in IT systems and able to use standard software
● Excellent administration skills
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Excellent customer service skills (in person and over the phone)
