Job Summary:

The Arizona Department of Administration’s Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology (ASET) Division is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Services Officer to oversee daily administrative operations. This critical role involves managing contract and inventory systems, workforce planning, and business processes to ensure operational efficiency. The position collaborates closely with division leadership, budget, procurement, and accounting teams to support purchasing decisions, establish budget priorities, and monitor the division’s financial health. Job Duties:
  • Provides primary division review and approval of all purchasing, and coordinates with accounting staff on tracking open
    purchase orders, receipts, and invoice payments. Reconciles and approves purchasing card activity for the division
  • Supports monthly billing for services offered by division. Prepares and reconciles financial reports and projections with central
    budget and accounting teams
  • Manages inter-agency service agreements, including approving interdepartmental transfers, tracking cash flow, and approving
    expenditures. Serves as the primary point of contact for external customers and project stakeholders

  • Bachelor degree or five or more years of related experience
Pre-Employment Requirements:
