Compensation Range: $18.00 - $21.00 hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Coordinator for the Technician Development Department plays a key role in supporting the department’s day-to-day functions and assigned projects. This includes managing correspondence, organizing and monitoring projects, and ensuring the successful completion of on-going assigned functions. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Senior Director of Technician Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and represent CARD policy enthusiastically
  • Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines, ensuring patient information is protected at all times
  • Assist in creating and modifying CARD proprietary information using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint
  • Assist in creating and managing CARD proprietary information using various application software such as Canva and SkyPrep
  • Work effectively and positively with center and department leaders to ensure successful execution of initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the department in assigned project-based work
  • Conduct and report on audits as needed related to department functions
  • Implement and monitor special project initiatives
  • Assist with the on-going development and maintenance of department operations
  • Management of employer and patient property
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in administration or related field preferred
  • English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required
  • Proximity to a center location highly preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong operational focus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments
  • Familiarity with LMS application systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Includes both remote and a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods, as tasks require
  • Ability to carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to use and speak on the phone and via teleconference, as needed throughout the day
