Overview
We’re seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Administrative Business Partner to support our leadership and key team members. This dynamic role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, overseeing travel arrangements, and keeping inboxes organized and prioritized. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication for both internal and external engagements, collaborating closely with the leadership team to keep everything running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and streamline calendars for multiple leaders, optimizing schedules to balance internal and external commitments.
Coordinate internal meetings by handling scheduling, anticipating needs, and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
Arrange detailed travel itineraries, ensuring efficient and hassle-free travel experiences for leadership.
Oversee expense report management, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company guidelines.
Support in planning and executing team offsites and events, fostering team-building and contributing to key strategic initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and strong partnerships both internally and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Track record of managing internal meetings, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
Proficient in Google Suite for calendaring and communication.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in managing travel arrangements and expenses.
