Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant for Force Building Services Company will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Special Projects Manager The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ā
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Process purchase orders for parts and supplies.
- Complete daily/weekly tasks lists assigned to each project.Ā
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and part orders.
- Provide administrative support to the Special Projects Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing emails.
- Manage incoming calls and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required.Ā
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background screening.
- Enthusiastic about furthering skills through education and training.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and use good judgment.
- Must conduct themselves with the utmost integrity at all times.
- Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in a customer service role and the ability to represent the company professionally.
Physical Requirements:
- This is a remote position and does not require any physical demands.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, use a computer and phone.Ā Ā
- Perform light lifting (up to 20 pounds).
Work Environment:
- This role requires travel up to 10% of the time, occasionally traveling between cities by plane or car.
- Must have a valid driverās license and the ability to safely operate an automobile.
