As the Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance & Compliance, you will provide key support in ensuring our Programs are fully compliant with OMH and other mandated requirements.
Please Note: This position is fully remote and part-time up to 20 hours per week. (Some flexibility with days).
Pay: $21.63 per hour
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Running monthly reports including housing progress note reports, service plan reports, clubhouses progress note reports, service plan goal reportsÂ
- Complete Quarterly Electronic File ReviewsÂ
- Complete Residence Swap ReportsÂ
- Ensure Housing Face Sheets are updatedÂ
- Assist Director with developing new reporting methods
- Communicate regularly with Director of QA and Compliance regarding important updates
- Support Director with special projects as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Detail-oriented and strong written, oral and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines appropriatelyÂ
- Fluency with MS Office, particularly ExcelÂ
- General knowledge of compliance regulations for NYS OMHÂ
- Ability to obtain updates on policies/procedures that impact related programs
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS
- Undergraduate degree in related field required
- At least 2 years of work experience in mental health programs and/or NYC housing programsÂ
- Knowledge of AWARDS database highly preferredÂ
