POSITION SUMMARY

This includes Clubhouses in Manhattan, the Bronx, Hollywood, California and Care Management, Home and Community-Based Services and a large housing program ranging from 24 hour supervised residences to scattered site supported apartments. As the Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance & Compliance, you will provide key support in ensuring our Programs are fully compliant with OMH and other mandated requirements.



Please Note: This position is fully remote and part-time up to 20 hours per week. (Some flexibility with days).


Pay: $21.63 per hour


Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Running monthly reports including housing progress note reports, service plan reports, clubhouses progress note reports, service plan goal reports 
  • Complete Quarterly Electronic File Reviews 
  • Complete Residence Swap Reports 
  • Ensure Housing Face Sheets are updated 
  • Assist Director with developing new reporting methods
  • Communicate regularly with Director of QA and Compliance regarding important updates
  • Support Director with special projects as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Detail-oriented and strong written, oral and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines appropriately 
  • Fluency with MS Office, particularly Excel 
  • General knowledge of compliance regulations for NYS OMH 
  • Ability to obtain updates on policies/procedures that impact related programs

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS

  • Undergraduate degree in related field required
  • At least 2 years of work experience in mental health programs and/or NYC housing programs 
  • Knowledge of AWARDS database highly preferred
