Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position directly supports programs which provide a broad array of information, resources, referrals, mental health coaching and specialized support for military members and their families worldwide. These programs are directly responsible for supporting military community quality of life issues.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calendar and inbox management, ordering supplies, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting support. 

  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks data and materials required for meetings such the Kick-off meeting and Technical Status Review meetings.

  • Manages and coordinates all logistics related to scheduling and supporting program management meetings,  including deconflicting and coordinating schedules for required participant.

  • Captures, documents, circulates and archives  meetings notes, including attendance, issues discussed, decisions made, and action items assigned.

  • Supports the development and tracks the status of RIPs and TARs.

  • Coordinates and schedules travel and assists with travel reimbursement process. 

  • Maintains a log of summary of trips taken and conferences attended by Program managements staff and consolidates trip and summary reports from the various task managers across all tasks.

  • Supports document management, publishing and archiving of  program management artifacts such as the Program Management and Quality Management Plans.

  • Coordinates and archives SharePoint electronic file management. 

  • Coordination of onboarding, training, and offboarding staff. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience managing and capturing artifacts; gathering data and materials and providing exceptional customer service to clients during meetings and tours.

  • Administrative support experience to include the management of multiple calendars in Outlook, coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating on-site events, and scheduling meetings through MS Teams.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Proven proficiency in: Microsoft based tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and web based research.

  • Must have good organizational skills.

  • U.S. citizens and must speak fluent English.

  • Ability to pass a criminal history and fingerprint background check, and credential review/verification

  • This position is a remote position and requires a quiet, private, confidential space to work from as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home. Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
