Fullmind is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about virtual education!
Hybrid role located in Houston. Must be on site 2-3 days a week.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
Must hold an active teaching certification

Responsibilities

  • Independent, self-starter: Has a strong ability to prioritize and make decisions about day-to-day work; ability to act quickly when required.
  • Calendar management: Has past experience supporting leaders to strategically organize meetings, events, and tasks. 
  • Event Management: Has previous experience supporting team members at in-person events remotely.
  • Communication: The ability to write emails, draft reports, and relay messages clearly and concisely to colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Time management: The ability to ensure that memos, letters, and reports are responded to promptly, and that important activities are completed within deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail, which is critical for the role's high level of organization, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Interpersonal communication and collaboration: The ability to interact with others in useful ways, such as listening, communicating clearly, and providing prompt feedback.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to stay on top of deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. 
  • Conduct 1-2 hours of classes per week on our platform: You’ll utilize your teaching certification to ensure high-quality instruction. This hands-on teaching experience will help you gain a thorough understanding of our platform's functionality and features, allowing you to effectively utilize and provide feedback on the system.

Requirements

    • Located in Houston: Willing to be in-person in Houston two to three days per week.
    • Experience: 1 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant.
    • Hold an active state-issued teaching certification.
