THIS POSITION MAY BE WORK REMOTELY FROM ANY LOCATION IN THE US, BUT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PRIMARY HOURS BETWEEN 8:30-5:00pm EST TO SUPPORT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROLE.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to the Meritain Customer Facing Operations Executive Director and team. The ideal candidate for this position will have exemplary planning and time management skills and can organize and manage calendars, manage administrative functions and events. Keeps scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently. This individual will also be instrumental in helping to manage relationships on behalf of department and support key programs and monitor resources.  Poise, the ability to clearly articulate and always utilize professional communications are required.  Complete ability to keep information confidential is required.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively managing/coordinating daily schedule/calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, itineraries, and help coordinate meetings (internal and external).

  • Maintain and update calendar; determine importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly; demonstrate flexibility, serve as first-line of defense with the high volume of communications of phone and email. 

  • Process reimbursement and expense reports in accordance with established policy guidelines; track expenses and update accordingly 

  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with extended senior management staff. 

  • Support new hire on-boarding and support of Leaders and key colleagues, including IT needs and space planning, etc.

  • Provide support to the department leadership team in terms of providing expertise in HRIS transactions and org hierarchy management / Workday management.

  • Manage general office and administrative tasks, including ordering of supplies, renewing memberships and subscriptions, managing distribution lists, materials and deliveries, etc. 

  • Create drafts and edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases, as directed.

  • Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines and requests.  

  • Perform other duties as assigned and assist with special projects.   This includes support of a multitude of projects and reporting for leaders within the Customer Facing Operations organization. 

  • Provide coverage for other team-based Administrative Assistants who are on vacation or sick leave.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience support as an Administrative Assistant or comparable/relatable experience in a corporate environment

  • 3+ years experience working with Highly proficient in with technology including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Collaboration products such as Teams and SharePoint.

  • Ability to draft, proofread and edit correspondence, memoranda, e-mails with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with integrity.

  • Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $36.78

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
