Admin Assistant (US Tax & Accounting Services, Homebased)
Philippines - Remote
Salary: P50,000- P60,000 (Monthly Gross Package)
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (1:00 AM to 10:00AM Manila Time)

What will you do?
- Support Business Management Team/Clients:
- Assist in the Onboarding Process, including change of address, power of attorneys, client tax transcripts, gathering client information, and setting up client work items with schedules, within our practice management software, Karbon.
- Corporate Maintenance – filing annual reports, maintaining registered agents, renewing business tax licenses, maintaining corporate minutes.
- Support Tax Team
- Support during tax season with sending out client letters, gathering tax documents, correspondence with outside tax clients and monitoring tax workflow
- Assist in final stages of return processing – client letters, billing, updating statuses,delivery of final tax returns
- Respond to tax notices from IRS and state authorities, with CPA guidance.
- Spearhead Practice Management
- Serve as firm authority on Karbon and Practice Protect – internal practice management and password management software
- Maintain workflows, templates, contacts, work views
- Support Owner/CPA
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales databases
- Various ad hoc projects related to business development and marketing
