School of Education -Special Instruction Coach

Requirements for the positions are:

  • Post announcements in the Credential Support Hub (in Blackboard)
  • Provide scaffolding and support to make sure students submit their non-coursework requirements on time
  • Answer student emails about non-coursework requirements and/or test prep
  • Provide support and intervention for struggling students
  • “Check off” and track acknowledgments and deliverables submitted in Blackboard
  • Provide reporting to Office of Credential Services regarding status of Subject Matter Competency submissions
  • Provide reporting to Faculty and Associate Dean about progress of students, including grant students
  • Modify content to stay aligned with CTC and UMG program requirements

The following salary range reflects compensation paid for a Non-Instructional Work assignment and varies for faculty members who are eligible to be paid for Separate Hourly Work (see the full compensation policy for details including varying levels):

  • Special Instruction Coach: 23.17 per hour
