The opportunity

TechnologyAdvice is looking for a highly motivated Ad Operations Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing ad campaign delivery and supporting all aspects of digital advertising for the TechnologyAdvice portfolio of websites.

In this role, your mission will be to support the business's editorial and revenue goals by managing campaign performance to help exceed client expectations while prioritizing user experience. Your top priorities will be program setup, QA, delivery & inventory reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the implementation and execution of all advertising program processes, using Google Ad Manager, other DSPs, Salesforce, and other tools as needed
  • Work with other members of AdOps to provide inventory capacity and campaign optimization recommendations
  • Follow all AdOps workflows and processes, including campaign management in Google Ad Manager and Salesforce, ensuring internal systems and tools are updated and responded to efficiently
  • Set up & deliver campaign reports to summarize results to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ad server migrations/implementations and other technical needs
  • Work with Engineering to troubleshoot ad-tech related issues for clients and websites
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising technology and products

 

Who you are

  • 2 years experience in an ad operations role for a digital publisher 
  • Strong experience using ad servers like Google Ad Manager and programmatic DSPs
  • Experience implementing and verifying 3rd party tags & trackers
  • Experience navigating and collaborating via CRM tools like Salesforce 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ad serving, rich media, and ad tracking tools
  • Excellent time management, planning, and collaboration skills
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability
  • Analytically adept and comfortable working with data
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly 
  • Strong quality assurance skills
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range$65,000—$80,000 USD
