Hey, I'm Karie Kaufmann, and I founded Action Business Coaching, Inc. to help mid-market business owners and executives break through barriers and grow their companies. 

With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, we’re really good at what we do, and always looking to improve. Our approach is highly practical and actionable, without a lot of the typical fluff that you find in the coaching industry. We provide coaching, training and strategic planning services that drive real results.

We’re looking for a Content Marketer. 

We need someone who can step in and take the lead on creating and repurposing content, someone who’s organized and can match our brand voice effortlessly. 

The goal is to generate consistent, high-quality leads through content marketing.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

✍️ Write and edit blogs, guest posts, and repurpose existing content
📧 Manage email marketing and HubSpot for nurturing our database
🎥 Create basic video content for Reels and other platforms
📊 Use data and analytics to improve content performance
📢 Promote key offerings like coaching, training, and strategic planning
📱 Increase engagement on LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Working Hours : This is a full-time role (32–40 hours), with flexible scheduling as long as there’s overlap with the Pacific Time Zone, ideally from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM PT.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Love writing and have a journalistic style, with the ability to adapt your style to our brand/personality

✅ Know HubSpot, and have a knack for using AI tools effectively without losing authenticity

✅ Can navigate WordPress for basic updates

✅ Great at connecting with people, understanding what makes them tick, and making people feel at ease

✅ Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Instagram, etc.)

✅ A love of learning - whether it’s digging in to research a content topic, or reading personal and professional development books for fun 

As the Ideal Candidate, you should also have:

⭐ Experience with professional video editing tools

⭐ Expertise in YouTube optimization

⭐ PR experience - securing guest posts, podcast appearances, speaking engagements

We’re looking for someone who’s warm, organized, and detail-oriented, who loves learning, and who aligns with our core values of personal growth and excellence. 

You should be self-motivated, curious, and eager to contribute to a tight-knit, fun team.

Benefits

What’s in it for you:

💰 Salary : $2000 - $3,000 per month*

🕒 Full-time : (32 to 40 hours per week), Fully remote role

🏝 Paid Time Off : 20 paid days off to use at your discretion (Plus Jan 1st)
