Associate Achievements Administrator, HubSpot Academy

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the organization, implementation, and iterations of the systems used for all HubSpot Academy global achievements. This includes growing our achievements program by iterating and improving on current systems with the implementation and experimentation of automated processes and systems using AI. 

This role sits on the HubSpot Academy team and reports to the Senior Manager of HubSpot Academy Learning Operations. You’ll work alongside the Learning Operations team members, Inbound Professors, Localization Specialists, International Champions, Academy Product Managers, and the HubSpot Global Marketing team to manage our systems at scale.

Our teams use multiple systems to create, store, and localize the content and resources for HubSpot Academy achievements for our global learners. A dedicated administrator is pivotal in the long-term success of the creation, management, and delivery of our achievements as we scale our offerings.

In this role, you’ll ensure the success of HubSpot Academy achievements by performing administration and coordination tasks for achievements management such as: 

  • Collaborating to build automated and AI-lead processes and systems to support HubSpots global achievements program, including but not limited to Certifications, Bootcamps, Accreditations, and Badges
  • Managing the content management system for global educational achievements using tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Managing, awarding, and revoking all achievements in the credentials admin tool
  • Ensuring the integrity of all HubSpot Academy achievements through quality assurance testing
  • Triaging, troubleshooting, and supporting all achievements issues and tickets both internally and externally
  • Building upon HubSpot Academy documentation of processes and assisting in team training of processes for achievements

 

You’ll be successful in this role if you have: 

  • A customer first and growth mindset
  • A detail oriented approach to your projects
  • Proven experience as a systems admin, credentials admin, or similar
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, badging, and credentialing platforms, and industry best practices
  • Excitement and ability to experiment with AI
  • Excitement to identify and improve processes through optimization and automation
  • Experience working in credentialing processes and regulations
  • Collaborative mindset when working with global teams and building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Nice to have: You’re currently certified with HubSpot Academy in Inbound

Cash compensation range: 56000- 84000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
