Regions Hospital has a great opportunity for an Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid remote position that will work onsite in Saint Paul and Saint Louis Park weekly. This is not a fully remote position. Employees must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.

The Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance programs at Regions and Methodist Hospitals. The Coordinator supports the effective execution of program activities, including scheduling, planning, and facilitating tasks while providing administrative support, managing documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program objectives and goals. The duties are broad, varied, and often of complex and confidential nature.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, day shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions, with the ability to work onsite in Saint Paul weekly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree.
  • One year of administrative or coordinator experience.
  • Experience in quality improvement or patient safety.
  • Experience with expense reimbursements, supply ordering, policy management databases (e.g., C360), and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations and/or The Joint Commission standards.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SharePoint administration, Tracers with AMP software, and Epic.

Additional Information: 

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul and Saint Louis Park, MN. The salary range for this position is $24.41-$36.62 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and eligible for benefits.
