What’s unique about this role?
The Accounts Receivable Analyst works to engage and establish contact with past due clients and resolves delinquency in a timely manner by providing account information to resolve client concerns. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Billing, Sales, and various other internal departments/teams to drive issues to resolution. A high degree of independent judgement is needed to evaluate unique situations to determine proper account handling and resolution.
What will this person do?
- Proactively contact Clients through email and other available channels.
- Client Support by following up with Clients and internal departments/teams to resolve issues that result from collection efforts.
- Work with the Billing Team to ensure that all incoming billing questions are answered within established KPIs and SLAs.
- Generate ad hoc financial reports for the sales team, department heads, clients, and other internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the month-end close process and tasks.

- Expertise in understanding and handling aging reports.
- Expertise with e-Billing systems and/or 3rd party platforms (LegalTracker, Tymetrix, Coupa, Collaborati etc.) to view and retrieve information on status of invoices.
- Sound understanding of Cash Application operations to provide guidance on payment application.
- Understanding of Sales Contracts and enforcement of contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, related field or 3+ years of direct corporate (B2B) collections and/or AR experience.
- Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Extremely detail oriented and proactive.
- Highly organized, have excellent follow-through, extremely reliable and responsive.
- Catch on quickly, are not afraid to ask questions or learn something new.
- Proficient in Office 365 and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
The expected pay for this role will range from $40,000 to $66,000 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
