- Join a supplier serving the concrete and construction industry in Western Australia.
- Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
- The candidate will be expected to provide their own equipment for this role.
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Philippines Time.
- Salary: Php 45,000/month

About the Role
Reporting to an Australian General Manager, you will contribute to the smooth operation of financial and administrative processes by handling bank reconciliation, purchasing tasks, sales order management, data entry, documentation, and providing general administrative support to facilitate efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliation entries into NetSuite.
- Handle purchasing tasks in NS, including order placement and tracking.
- Enter quotes and sales orders into NS to support the sales staff.
- Generate product item codes and perform other administrative tasks in NS.
- Ensure accurate data entry across various systems and databases.
- Complete supplier credit application forms and maintain necessary documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to the Managing Director and other staff members as needed.
Experience & Software
- Prior employment with at least one Western company, demonstrating familiarity with Western culture and general business expectations doing accounts and purchasing tasks.
- Strong experience working with Netsuite is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to participate in video conferences using Zoom and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with using a softphone, such as the 3CX phone system.
