The Accounting Manager will work closely with the VP Finance to enhance internal processes and systems for increased efficiency and scalability, bring sophistication to internal controls, ensure audit-ready compliance with financial regulations and standards, and empower the team to be a strategic partner to the business by producing accurate, timely, and insightful financial data. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who takes pride in getting the details right while proactively planning and building for the future.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day general ledger accounting functions and perform reviews to ensure compliance with US GAAP, external audits, and internal controls

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including managing/reviewing close activities such as journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, credit cards, reimbursements, accounts receivable, payroll, and commissions calculations

  • Implement and optimize financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Partner closely with Finance around monthly variance analysis, management reporting, and GAAP reporting
