Your Role

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to support our Accounting team, primarily overseeing the production of accurate financial information for internal and external users. 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. Your work will include the assessment and implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Manage external reporting processes. You’ll prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
  • Enhance internal control procedures. You’ll help ensure complete and accurate financial reporting, and manage enhancements and process improvements that are driven by company initiatives.


For this role, we're considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. We have a flexible work policy, but require working two to three days per week in our Lincoln or Omaha office.

Must-Haves

  • Experience. You have a degree in accounting or finance, and at least seven years of experience in accounting-related roles. You’ve also spent three years in a managerial role.
  • GAAP knowledge. You have a strong knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and external reporting processes.
  • Adaptable. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and know how to work with multiple stakeholders on various projects, each with their own challenges.

Nice-to-Haves

  • CPA license. We’d consider this a bonus on top of your professional and educational experience.
