The Role at High Level:

We’re looking for an organized and driven Accountant to join our growing team at our company. The accountant position will work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel and handle day-to-day bookkeeping. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day-to-day financials.

What You'll Be Expected To Own:

• Responsible for daily bank reconciliations and accounts payable function.
• Responsible with monthly revenue and fee reconciliations.
• Responsible with monthly source deductions reconciliations
• Prepare monthly operational reports.
• Responsible for Intercompany billing and reconciliations.
• Work on Company Accounts Payable functions - Processing vendors invoices in Netsuite, ensure accuracy of ledger entries and timeliness of payments.
• Assist the Finance Team on Ad-hoc reports and projects as needed.

What You Bring To The Table:

• Proven work experience on US Accounting is an added advantage.
• Experience with creating financial statements, reconciliations, and in processing Invoices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• All-round accounting knowledge.
• Flexible to work in North America Shifts (2pm to 11pm IST)
• 3 years of experience as an Accountant
• Master's Degree in Finance, CA, ICWA or related areas
