Account Manager

About the Position:

Account Managers coordinate with clients and internal team in the management of digital marketing strategies and nurtures client relationships throughout the lifecycle of their campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard new clients
  2. Serve as point of contact for client accounts
  3. Serve as project manager for client projects
  4. Assist in the development of strategic plans, and assign tasks using project management platform
  5. Manage review curation campaigns
  6. Assist with monthly reporting
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in an agency setting
  • Understanding of organic digital marketing strategies
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to change and be outspoken about what could make internal processes better and marketing approaches for clientele better
  • Interested in client-facing and able to handle tough conversations
  • Overall proactiveness with having a positive impact on anything that they’re working on
  • Tech-savvy
  • Confident, goal-oriented
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree 
  • Experience with Dental or Medical industry a plus

Our team is fully remote with a preference for candidates on the West Coast. This is a salaried position with benefits such as PTO and Health Insurance (immediately) and 401k (after 1 year).

MMM Account Managers who help deliver upsells to our clients will be rewarded with additional compensation via commissions and bonuses. 

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.
