Account Manager - Remote, US

TSPi is looking for an Account Manager to support the Federal Sales team. As an Account Manager, you'll be helping industry-leading vendors connect with prospective federal customers to support their missions. You'll accomplish this by building and executing the outbound call, email, and marketing campaigns, attending conferences, as well as staying on top of market trends through research. You must have strong communication skills and be able to perform with little supervision.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly ambitious with the ability to succeed in a challenging but flexible work environment
  • Ability to handle required daily outbound activities (40+ calls and emails)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to attend networking events and travel as needed (up to 20%)

Responsibilities:

  • Research agency missions and initiatives to help identify target accounts
  • Become knowledgeable with our vendor's solutions
  • Build call/email campaigns leveraging internal databases as well as publicly available resources
  • Execute campaigns with high outbound activity
  • Qualify and set required number of meetings for selected technologies
  • Provide weekly progress reports to leadership and vendors
  • Participate in networking events 
  • Support tradeshows as needed
