Account Manager

American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company. We specialize in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an account manager to support our growing hourly operation team.
Duties would include but are not limited to - client relations, recruiting, payroll, HR, customer service, coaching, mentoring and overall support.
Hours are based on business need however rarely exceed 40 hours per week.
Weekends and evening availability is required.
Our team is growing and we need someone who can adjust to change, can take initiative to get problems solved and produce results. Someone self-driven, motivated, and directed - who is able to follow direction and multiple company policies.
A positive, teachable, attitude is required and very necessary.
Attention to detail is a must.
Multi-task, manage multiple needs simultaneously, prioritize and time manage effectively
Clear and frequent communication is critical
Some travel involved.
Salary begins at $44K and is DOE
