Account Manager – Equitable Building Decarbonization Concierge
Location: Riverside County, Orange County, San Diego County (North), Imperial County, San Bernadino County, LA Gateway Cities and LA Ports & South Bay (must live in the counties listed)

What you will be doing:
Act as the primary liaison between program participants and ICF.
Collect and manage all project installation reports and documentation.
Coordinate scheduling and updates with participants.
Provide individualized support to each household, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Work closely with trade allies to manage installation and QA/QC processes.
Manage incentive layering coordination and follow-up surveys.
Engage with participants for ongoing program support, including maintenance and tenant protection issues.
