The Role

LeafLink seeks an Account Executive to join our industry-leading retail team that will be focused on growing our financial services suite of services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing key relationships with retailers by leveraging LeafLinkā€™s best-in-class payments and financial solutions platform. This role will allow you to build relationships with executive teams and strategize on ways LeafLink can improve and simplify its business and financial operations. This role is highly collaborative and requires sales and relationship management expertise, a deep understanding of financial services and technology, and an ability to apply LeafLink's suite of services.

What Youā€™ll Be Doing

  • Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level financial executives and other senior decision makers across cannabis retailers
  • Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential of LeafLinkā€™s suite of financial products and services
  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and competition within the FinTech and Cannabis spaceĀ 
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data to effectively strategize ways to address the financial problems of cannabis retailersĀ 
  • Create and recommend sales process and product/technology improvements
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations
  • Develop pitch narratives that scale across our payments team
  • Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your ā€¦
