Job Overview

Salary Range: $40k - $47K (Based on Experience)

In this position you are responsible for providing effective customer services for assigned customers by using in-depth knowledge of company service products and programs.

The work schedule is a regular workday schedule working remotely.

As an Account Coordinator, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
  • Complete call entry process including receiving information, input of case information, triage and case coordination.
  • Updating Customer information and Vendor to Customer
  • Maintain the Open Call Management Process including ETA Compliance and the “4 Day” SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance.
  • Handle all Low to Mid-level Escalations; communicate all High-Level to Director of Accounts Operations.
  • Handle all customer requests for specific reports and updates.
