The Role & You
Latino Media Network is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist Account Executives (AEs) with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Transaction support includes: entering commercial advertising orders, coordinating ad copy, following up on invoice discrepancies, responding to incoming requests, obtaining approvals/restrictions on new accounts, communicating commercial air times, and maintaining orders. Duties include, but are not subject to: being the liaison between Sales, Production & Promotions departments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering sales orders. Make sales order revisions/cancellations as needed and & provide Traffic department with instructions and spot(s)
  • Confirm/Process credit card payments via Square(as requested)/send checks via FedEx in a timely manner assist in adding client payment information into Wide Orbit for billing reference
  • Manage preemptions, request inventory updates for makegood offer 
  • Offer Makegoods 
  • Follow through with AE for Makegood approval: Confirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit
  • Posts and provide Pre and Post logs and competitive figure reports from Wide Orbit 
  • Request copy points, logos, and/or images from client to production & promotions departments for National Advertisers
  • Revenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports in Wide Orbit 
  • Enter missing copy through V-Creative
  • Assist sales manager in creating PowerPoint recaps for clients detailing all elements included. Event Recaps to be delivered in a timely manner
  • Assist sales manager in collecting political paperwork needed for the online FCC station political file
  • Reconcile invoices at the end of the month for those advertisers that require notarized paperwork 
  • Research paperwork for credit memos and submit invoice reissue requests
  • Sales Back-up when/as needed 
  • Provide air checks to AE’s based upon client requests using Adobe Audition
  • Print/produce Revenue Reports in Wide Orbit as needed


You Have These

Experience:
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit (1+ years)
  • Must be able to work a Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone schedule 
  • Prior Data entry experience
  • Detail oriented & strong organizational skills
  • Experience in Customer Service 
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills 
  • Experience in multi-tasking work environment
  • Google Suite with an emphasis on Excel proficiency
  • 1 year minimum experience of administrative support for Sales Department

  • Matrix, V-Creative, Katz Media Group, Adobe Audition
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish (read and write)

CompensationAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
