About the role
Harness is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding Executive Division. This role is pivotal in driving fundraising and marketing value for nonprofit partners while also playing a crucial part in the department's operational and task-driven growth.
The Account Coordinator will support Account Managers in executing various tasks related to digital fundraising and nonprofit marketing. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for implementing key aspects of projects and initiatives for our nonprofit partners, ensuring their needs are met within established timelines and with high quality. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to work independently to deliver on key tasks critical to the overall success of the client. They will be comfortable working internally and externally to gather the information needed to perform any requested task. They will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment and can adapt and innovate at each step to streamline and optimize any requested task.
What you'll do
Support Non-Profit organizations
- Execute defined tasks necessary for a client to be successful within Harness.
- Interact directly with clients to clarify their needs, goals, and challenges to allow for timeline completion of deliverables.
- Provide timely, helpful, and gratifying responses to incoming partner requests.
- Maintain client project plans and schedules and track progress against key milestones.
- Support administrative tasks related to partner success - coordinate meeting schedules, prepare discussion agendas, and distribute after-action reports.

- Monitor and track partnership activities/performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Administer partner newsletter and social channels and establish integrations with related digital systems.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Harness Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Teams to share insights, develop new strategies, and contribute to the Executive Division's overall success.
- Implement standardized procedures, tools, and templates to streamline operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Deploy existing and leverage new technology solutions to automate marketing and fundraising tasks, streamline data management, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Account Management Support
- Align with the internal Account Management team in support of their client initiatives.
- Establish a clear understanding of the work required for each client and the associated timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with the account managers to ensure they are aware of the status of each client's deliverables.
- Escalate issues and concerns that prevent you from completing your work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, nonprofit administration, or project coordination.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, and related marketing/design software is a plus.
- Passion for the nonprofit sector and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
$55,000 a year
This position requires candidates to be located and legally authorized to work in the United States. Starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experiences, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The current salary for this position is $55,000 USD per year.
