The Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B SaaS / cybersecurity ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Manager to lead and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline and revenue within some of our key accounts in North America. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in account-based marketing, B2B SaaS / cybersecurity, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the ABM Lead to develop and refine a targeted ABM strategy and plan, focusing on engaging and driving growth within key strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM campaigns tailored to high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content, messaging, and multi-channel strategies.
- Partner with sales and other customer focused teams to create in-depth account profiles, align objectives, and drive account-based initiatives that increase conversion rates and revenue.
- Analyse account insights, intent data, and engagement metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce personalised account-specific messaging, content and other demand generation assets.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market channels (including digital and paid media) to activate effective and highly targeted customer specific campaigns and nurture programs.
- Manage ABM tools and technologies to execute and track campaign performance, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with ABM trends and best practices, continuously refining strategies to maximize impact.
What We Expect:
- 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing or B2B demand generation, ideally in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and reporting capabilities (Domo).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with sales, marketing, external agencies and other relevant cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes through ABM initiatives and programs.
