Key Responsibilities

• Use analysis to influence and drive action within finance and our business partners by using fact-based, holistic and forward-looking perspectives to identify emerging issues and assist in implementation of strategies

• Prepare and help build storyline for financial updates

• Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business

• Develop effective presentations for small groups

• Provide accurate, timely reports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study 

  • New Grad Role: Open to Dec 2024 or May-June 2025 Graduation Dates

  • Start date: Jan 2025 or July 2025

  • Prior internship or co-op experience, or relevant work experience (0-1 years) 

  • Extensive Leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace 

  • Analytical skills to compile information, recognize patterns and draw insights and conclusions/ Oral and written communication skills in order to work effectively across the organization 

  • General understanding of financial and accounting concepts

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $45,600.00 - 78,337.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
