Job Title: Amazon Assistant

Work Hours: M-F; Flexible, must overlap at least 4 hours between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern European Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Assistant to support our Amazon account operations, including troubleshooting listing issues, updating SEO, and assisting with report generation and data entry. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Amazon Seller Central, data management, and effective communication to resolve Amazon-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

  • Weekly monitoring of account health metrics on each marketplace; prepare appeal letters for listing compliance issues.
  • Address listing issues, including featured offer monitoring, Buy Box problems, and category mismatches, while maintaining a detailed reporting file.

Listing and SEO Optimization, Promotion Monitoring:

  • Update keyword research and competitor analysis templates.
  • Maintain and update files to track promotional performance.
  • Assist in updating SEO for product listings across multiple marketplaces (US, UK, DE, EU).
  • Support content adjustments, including keyword updates and image refreshes. (Content will be provided).

Data Entry and Report Generation:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly account health and issues summaries and KPI reports.
  • Enter and update data for inventory, and sales forecasts, to support performance analysis.
  • Manage and track Amazon Experiments to monitor conversion rates.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and product demand across marketplaces.
  • Track changes in Amazon policies and regulations; maintain templates to ensure compliance.
  • General Support:
  • Update and organize documents, templates, and processes related to Amazon account management.
  • Assist with projects such as creating templates for performance tracking or developing internal guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination and resolving Amazon cases.
  • Experience with SEO on Amazon is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Helium10 (we also use DataDive and Scale Insights), or other project management and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and Amazon FBA policies and best practices.
  • Experience in a similar support role or a background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
