Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Transformation & Change Management Delivery team within the HHDD&A (Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics) organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to corporate change management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support the team in planning and executing initiatives to help employees adapt to organizational changes and new ways of working. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to our mission of driving engagement, readiness, and a positive change experience for our colleagues.

Key Learning Opportunities and Assignments:

  • Change Management Support: Assist in the development of change management plans that align with our team’s objectives. Learn how to create and adapt strategies that help employees embrace new systems, processes, or organizational changes.

  • Impact Assessment Participation: Participate in change impact assessments by collecting and analyzing information on how changes might affect employees and teams. Develop a foundational understanding of the implications of change in a large organization.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the team to help craft communication plans for different audiences. You’ll learn to adapt messages to engage employees and support them through transitions.

  • Organizational Readiness and Training Support: Partner with the team to help identify areas where employees may need extra training or support. Assist in developing materials that can help prepare employees for new ways of working.

  • Change Implementation Tracking: Assist in tracking the progress of change initiatives and gathering data to help the team evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Gain exposure to working with various departments like HR, IT, and other business units to learn how teams work together to support organizational changes.

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Support the team in identifying opportunities for improvement in our change management processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, ideally in Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

  • Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025

  • Skills and Qualities:

    • Enthusiasm for learning about change management and organizational transformation.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

    • Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction.

    • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Interest in a corporate environment, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

This internship is a fantastic opportunity for a student interested in exploring a career in change management, consulting, or corporate communications, especially within the pharmaceutical sector. You’ll gain hands-on experience and support from a knowledgeable team, helping you build a solid foundation for future roles in this field.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

 

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00
