Our Global Medical Affairs – Oncology team is currently recruiting for an intern for the summer 2025 internship program. This opportunity is designed to give interns insight and experience in the oncology platform within a global biopharmaceutical company. Internship assignments are project-driven and will typically include one or more deliverables.
The intern will collaborate with the U.S. Regional Director of Medical Affairs to support execution of medical affairs plans. This will include, but not limited to, collaborating with cross-functional partners, reviewing and analyzing medical insights, and understanding interactions with external healthcare professionals. The intern will also have an opportunity to meet with internal stakeholders to build an understanding of medical affairs and various functions within a pharmaceutical company.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Candidates must be enrolled in a PharmD, PhD, or MD program
Candidates must be available to work full-time, on site, for up to (12) weeks beginning on 2JUN2025
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Candidates must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment
Candidates must have critical thinking, analytical, budgeting, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Candidates must have ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Teams)
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00
