Business Development Analytics Intern
Position Overview:
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks. These positions within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) team provide the opportunity for development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. Are you passionate about problem solving? Would you be energized by working on a transformational use-case related to business development? Our company’s business development analytics team is seeking a summer intern to help design and develop a predictive artificial intelligence tool. In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders from various internal departments to understand the overall strategic picture of the project and the problem it is solving. With that mastered, you will then work to lay out the implementation approach and then execute on that approach.
Learning Opportunities for the Prospective Intern:
Professional Development: Will gain hands-on experience in business development, the pharmaceutical lifecycle, a wide range of data types and sources, data manipulation and analytics, AI application, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

Contribution to an Innovative Project: Will contribute to an innovative project that has the potential to be transformational.
We are seeking intern candidates with strong academic performance, communication skills, technical skills, and problem-solving skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to rapidly assimilate new information and skills are essential.
Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA
Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025
Education:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA, MS, or PHD program.
Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies towards a Bachelor’s degree by June, 2025.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with database technologies.
Experience with analytics platforms.
Experience with data collection/scraping and data manipulation.
Experience with AI models and implementation.
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
