We are currently hiring Interns to join our Contracts & Administration (C&A) team within Subcontracts. This group is part of the internal support process within ICF, helping the project teams win and manage their projects. We help shape policy and procedures to comply with government, commercial, state, and local practices to ensure we remain compliant with our client guidelines. Some of ICF major clients include Federal Highway Administration, EPA, Exelon Utilities, LA Metro, CDC, Army Research Institute and Puerto Rico Dept of Housing.
The internship program is a full-time, 10-week commitment starting in early June 2025. The internship can be fully remote from any U.S. location, or work a hybrid schedule from our Reston, VA office. At this time, we are unable to provide housing nor relocation assistance.
Subcontracts Administrator Intern
As a Subcontracts Administrator Intern, you will provide direct support to the ICF Subcontracts Team by:
Assisting with the drafting of Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements for all teams
Assisting with internal data calls and internal audits
Assisting with New Vendor Setup processes.
You will have exposure on the proposal process from the SCA’s point of view to include:
Sending out Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ Requests for Quote (RFQ)
Reviewing the data that comes back for completeness
Compliance review per the solicitation regarding type of subcontractor required for the solicitation
Help research and verify the correct type of vendors
As a Subcontracts Administrator Intern, you will have:
Interest in government procurement, research analysis, negotiating, business administration and Government consulting.
Basic Qualification:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Management, Marketing, Pre-Law, Project Management, Public Policy or related field (with a graduation of August 2025 or later).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
