Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship 

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing. 

The Opporutnity

Join Adobe's Marketing Program Management Team as an Associate Marketing Program Manager! Our team is part of the Global Marketing Organization, and we focus on effectively planning, implementing, and improving marketing programs, campaigns, and releases. Our goal is to increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives. We encourage innovation and collaboration within the organization. This role requires organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the development and execution of marketing programs with mentorship from mid-level and senior team members. 

  • Aid in crafting and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives. 

  • Help schedule achievement meetings, take notes during meetings, and accurately distribute them afterwards. 

  • Set up centralized project tracker: budgets, specs, resources, timelines, status, etc. 

  • Keep the Project Trackers and SharePoint Sites updated. 

  • Manage the Workfront Project queue and input all projects into Workfront. 

  • Support in the creation, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and assets. 

  • Coordinate asset hand off to Collaborators as needed. 

 

What you need to succeed 

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026 

  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired) is a plus. 

  • Organized – A planner who brings order and resolve to a fast-paced environment with matrixed organizations. 

  • Quality – Attention to detail and a proven track record of successful delivery of complex global projects 

  • Flexible – Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, adapting as required. 

  • Creative – Exhibiting an innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
