Qualitest is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to develop new logo sales for Retail and Consumer Goods sector across the United States. The ideal candidate will support, manage, or lead the business development activities in a specific area or across a range of Qualitest offerings. They will have a demonstrable ability to drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.

What you will do:

A professional at this position level within Qualitest has the following responsibilities:

Work with inside sales and marketing to execute lead generation campaigns.

Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise.

Own and manage the sales pipeline at a level that enables the targets to be consistently achieved.

Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

Develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business.

Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Qualitest, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years selling/closing deals in IT Services Sales in one of the following areas: Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Digital Engineering

Minimum of 5 years Sales Pursuit Management experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct New Logo sales with quota of $1M +

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in selling to Enterprise level clients (companies with $1 Billion + annual revenue)

Bonus Points if:

Experience selling in retail and consumer goods industry

Experience selling within large enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
